Our 2024 EOY Showcase is a community oriented event where our music students can showcase their hard work and dedication live on-stage. This homely occasion is an opportunity to come together, celebrate music, and build relationships.

Even if you or your child are not performing this year, we hope you’ll attend and clap and cheer for those who are.

Please fill out the form below to purchase tickets. If you have children aged 4-16 attending, please also purchase their tickets below at a reduced cost.

Children aged 3 and under can attend for free; there is no need to purchase a ticket for children of this age.

Performers can attend at no cost; there is no need to purchase a ticket for any performing student.


IMPORTANT


Ticket Quantites

There’s no limit to the amount of tickets you can buy! The venue is exceptionally large and we want a large audience. However, due to the child safety reasons, we’ve designed the below form to ensure that each child is accompanied by their parent/guardian and that each adult attending with a child has signed the related release agreement. We appreciate that the form’s limitations may be somewhat frustrating, but hope you understand it’s necessity.

Please make multiple form entries. Send the ticket link to your friends and family members so they can make their own entries.

ADULT TICKET HOLDERS WITH CHILDREN MUST BE THE SIGNEES; a payer cannot sign on behalf of someone else’s child.

Remember, there is no need for performers to attain a ticket.


Ticket Delivery

Purchased tickets will be held at will-call, and are not physically mailed or sent electronically. This means that the name of each ticket holder will be placed on the door list for entry on the day.

Show A – 11:45am
Show B – 2:30pm

Show Times

Show A – 12:00pm-1:45pm
Show B – 2:45pm-4:15pm 

Start times are precise. End times are approximate.

Intermissions at various points will be allowed for.
