At Melodique we work to maintain a space that is safe and positive for all. We take a great deal of care to communicate well with our tutors and clients to ensure their experience here is a happy and valuable one. We expect the highest level of professionalism from all members of our team — including administration. We understand our students and parents place a great deal of trust in us. Melodique is a 5-star boutique music tutoring service.
Melodique welcomes experienced instrumental and/or vocal talent to apply to work with us. We have a particular interest in violin, piano, and vocal tutors. If you are a multi-instrumentalist, this is also of great benefit.
You can expect to tutor people of all ages – children, teens, and adults. All tutors must have a current and cleared NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Melodique spends time to train and check-in regularly with our team members. Whist there is a great deal of autonomy here, we appreciate that our clients expect a level of continuity between Melodique tutors and their methods. In other words, as a team member you can expect involvement with and support from management and your peers.

What do I require to be a music tutor at Melodique?
- An methodology around positive learning; to be in the habit of using encouragement & empathy, rather than using a disciplinary approach
- Tutoring experience
- Music performance experience
- A current and cleared NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- An Australian Business Number (ABN) (N.B. If you don’t already have one, don’t worry, you can obtain one easily post application)
- Music tutoring insurance (N.B. If you don’t already have this, don’t worry, you can obtain it easily post application)
