I understand and agree to the following policies: 1. No Credits or Refunds: All purchases of video recordings are final. We do not offer credits or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in plans, dissatisfaction with the footage, or any technical issues. 2. No Cool-Off Period: Upon purchasing a video recording, you immediately waive your right to a cool-off period. All sales are considered final at the time of purchase. 3. Footage Release Restrictions: Please be advised that footage containing children (any individual under the age of 18) will not be released to any persons other than their respective parents or legal guardians. This is to ensure the privacy and safety of minors captured in our recordings. 4. Event Photography and Videography: As a reminder, personal photo and video capture is strictly prohibited during the event. We encourage you to support our professional recording efforts by refraining from taking your own footage. 5. Ticket Delivery: Purchased video recordings will be delivered electronically. Please note that the video will not be physically delivered, nor will it be sent via postal services. Delivery of the video will take place after the performance date, once the editing and processing are complete. 6. Usage of Video Footage: The purchased footage can be used as a personal keepsake, a gift, or for promotional purposes, such as showcasing talent online or adding to audition reels (with respect to copyright laws). However, please ensure compliance with the above restrictions related to children’s footage. 7. Ownership and Use of Footage: The purchase of a video recording does not transfer ownership of the footage to the purchaser. Melodique retains all rights to use the footage for event-related purposes, including but not limited to promotional use, marketing, and distribution, as outlined in the event-related release agreement.
